1. Inspection: prior to cleaning, our fully trained and insured technicians will carry out a thorough inspection to determine the most suitable products and process for cleaning your curtains. In most cases we recommend the following dry cleaning process.
2. Power vacuum: to extract dust, grit and other dry soil and prevent a muddy residue forming, when liquid cleaners are applied.
3. Stain treatment: particularly stubborn spots and stains are pre-spotted with specialised biodegradable cleaning agents. Please refer to Stain Removal for further information.
4. Dry cleaning: specialised cleaning solution is sprayed onto the fabric which dissolves ingrained soil. The soil laden residue is then blotted by hand and transferred onto white terry towels, leaving your curtains totally clean and dry within 3 to 4 hours.
