Our prices are always very competitive, but not "rock-bottom". However given the excellent quality of our work and service, we do provide unrivalled value for money. The following cleaning prices are all inclusive with no hidden extras:

Carpet, hard floor & rug cleaning prices

Domestic Cleaning:

small room (up to 10 sq meters) £20

medium room (10 - 20 sq meters) £40

large room (over 20 sq meters) - per sq meter £ 2.00

hallway /landing /bathroom - from £15

stairs (per stair) £ 2.00

Rugs - per sq foot Wool £1.50 / Polypropylene £ 1.25

Commercial Carpet Cleaning - per sq meter £ 2.00

Quarterly maintenance clean - per sq meter £ 1.50

Stain Protection alone costs are the same as our cleaning costs but a 25% discount is applied when purchased in conjunction with a clean

Flea and Mite control £50 per house and £35 per flat (following deep cleaning)

Upholstery & mattress cleaning prices

Vehicle upholstery - per seat £ 10

Stain Protection alone costs are the same as our cleaning costs and a 25% discount is applied when purchased in conjunction with a clean

Payment upon completion with cheques/transfers made payable to Mr K R Knowles. Minimum call out fee of £50 for local jobs, which increases in line with distance travelled. Additional charges may apply for extensive stain/sanitisation treatments or if equpment has to be carried up stairs to reach property. Parking charges also passed on if applicable.
